1. Service Description

Portre provides:

• An AI platform for transforming static images into dynamic videos.
• A gallery to manage and showcase your creations.
• Tools for customizing video output (styles, length, etc.).
• Commercial licenses for all generated content.

2. User Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Content Ownership and Rights

You retain all ownership rights to the images you upload ("Input Content"). By using the Platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your Input Content solely to provide and improve the service. We claim no ownership over the videos you create ("Output Content"). You own your Output Content and are granted full commercial rights to use it.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to create any content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, obscene, infringing on intellectual property rights, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.

5. Subscription and Payments

Our services are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the subscription plan you select.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Creating or distributing deceptive or harmful misinformation.
• Generating content that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.
• Violating the privacy of others.
• Impersonating any person or entity.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the reliability, security, or performance of our services.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Portre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect.
